Problem installing swiftkey

Having problems getting swiftkey to "fully" install.
I installed swiftkey & I'm able to choose it as my default keyboard but I'm getting a message box saying that for swiftkey to be fully functional, installation must be fully completed. If I try to open swiftkey from the app drawer or if I push the swiftkey icon button on the keyboard & try to go to settings - screen goes black for 5-10 seconds then a notification pops up saying "unfortunately, swiftkey has stopped".
Any ideas?

Try Uninstall and reinstall, then once it installs, open it first from the app itself and not settings, it should take you through a set-up process
