Problem retrieving a quote from Samsung Upgrade Website

Well, I got a quote from Home | Samsung Upgrade a few weeks ago (but less than 30 days) , and when I retrieve the quote, it shows the correct amount, but then when I click to continue, it basically starts a new quote. I ask because the quote value of my old phone went down.

They said that the quote should be valid for 30 days. Anyone else have this problem?
