Problem with AT&T Version

Hey everyone! I was visiting a friend over the weekend, and I helped him upgrade to 4.4.4 on the AT&T version of the S5. For some reason, ever since the update he's been unable to access 4G/LTE. I had him try the basics--restart the phone, pull the SIM, etc.--but nothing has helped. I tried to search around on here for a bit, but couldn't find anything relevant to this problem. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not an Android user myself, though I could probably figure it out myself except that he lives in another town, and I'm back home now. Any suggestions?

That's what I figured. He's been busy so we were trying to avoid that, but that's likely the best option.

Thanks for the response!

Make sure that Standard data box is checked. You can find it by clicking on Usage Manager app, click on Data (top row), click on Mobile Data, there you will find Standard data.

I had him look, and it was already checked. :/ Thanks though.

He did some research himself and it looks like it's a known issue, but there doesn't appear to be standard resolution. Very frustrating.
