Problem With AZ Screen Recorder

Hello I Get New Tablet And I Opened AZ Screen Recorder I Get ASUS Launcher Stopped Working Please Help I Have Android 5.0.2 Lollipop

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen with AZ Screen Recorder? Did you install the app, or did it come preinstalled?

Try going to Settings>Apps, select AZ Screen Recorder, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Also, select ASUS Launcher and Clear Cache. Now try again.

Can you please help!! I have started a youtube channel and I am trying to develop my channel however every time I use az screen recorder to edit my videos, after I export the video it will not open and it will say that video cannot be played. Please help I spend a lot of time on these videos!!

Hello ?? Can I get some help please. I've downloaded Az recorder and everytime after I would record the outcome of the recording, it shows multiple screens. It's like 10 mini screens and one big screen on the middle,I only wnt it to show one full screen. How do I fix this?

I'm using a Moto E(2nd Generaion)
