Problem with battery or charging?

I bought huawei p20 pro two years ago, and it came with charger, which I think is original but cable was fake. I changed two type c cables, and with both of them phone wont charge at fast charging, just charging. Now it comes when he wont charge at all. Just stays at the same percentage when I plug him with no going upwards. I tried with charger from Samsung A12 and its same. What it should be? Battery on phone or charger? Sometimes he charges with no problems with different chargers, but with mine it wont charge anything.

Another possibility is a dirty or faulty charging port.

I tried with different usb c cable, original one, and it charges normally. Thank you for reply, I cleaned also a port a little bit, and now its ok.

Can try safe mode see if it starts changing and make sure the charger port on your phone is clear from debris or no damage

Tried in safe mode, same.
