Hi all

I'm new to Android so I wanted to check it out so I bought a OnePlus One from someone on a 2nd-hand site online.
When I got this phone, I tried to boot it up. It worked fine but after the Wi-Fi-screen, it asked to enter the details from the Google-account previously added on that device.

I tried to contact the seller, but he isn't responding...

Does someone know a fix for this annoying problem so I can use my phone?

Sincerely

PS.: Sorry for my bad English.

Sounds like the previous owner didn't remove his Google account information. If the seller won't respond then file a dispute with PayPal or credit card or whatever payment you used assuming not cash (i would never pay cash for a phone, unless from a large business)

Hi! Thanks for your reply!

I will file a dispute against the seller, but than I still have a non-useable phone... Is there really no way I can fix this so I can use the phone?

Well if the seller doesn't reply to the dispute, you should get your money back and then you can buy another one.
