Problem with Contact

Searched these forums and internet and quite find the answer.

Put HTC people widget.
All are google contacts and are sync'ing.
Contact info in phone is same with Google contacts.
So all of this seems to be in working order.

I have no problem dialing the contacts EXCEPT for one person. When I press their contact photo, I get the following message:

"Call not sent, no valid number entered."

Checked and all the numbers are in order.

So...what gives??
