Problem with downloading Email Attachments Samsung Galaxy s5

Having an annoying issue that just started. Im using the Samsung Galaxy S6's default email provider. However whenever i try and download the email attachments i get the error message "cannot download" or the email downloads as a 0kb file and opens up blank. PLEASE HELP ive looked all over the internet for answers

I assume that you meant, "S5", above. It would seem that you are not alone in this issue...

Why can't I view attachments to Emails?

There doesn't, from the thread, appear to be a solution yet for this.

I'm having the same problem on Galaxy s6. My email attachments download to my download folder although they are 0kb.
