Problem with Email App on NT

Hello everyone! I'm new to the site & am glad I found this because I've been having issues with my Nook Tablet's email app ever since the last software update. I was hoping.someone out there will know how to fix this.

Whenever I access my email I get a popup thatsays "Sorry! The application Email (proccess com.bn.nook.email) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". And it has a "FORCE CLOSE" button. This error pops up even when I'm just browsing online or reading a book. Very annoying.

I've taken my Nook to a Barnes & Noble store; we've done a complete reset, reformatted it twice and ultimately swapped out my Nook for a new one, and it still has this issue with the email. I want to add that I've always had the same email tied to the app and never had a prob before the last update.
 
sounds like a problem with their software I would think there will be a fix for it soon, have you looked in the B&N forums?

Having the same problem with email. Every time I reply to an email message I get the "sorry application email (process com.bn.nook.email) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
I did an email chat and felt like I receive no help at all. Tech person stated he had never heard of the problem before.
