Hi, I'm having problems with the drivers for my s5. First, I have 3 drivers that pop up in device manager when I plug it in, they look like this.

They're called "Android USB Debugging". Odin will not recognize my phone, and it does not pop up as a storage device. I do have USB debugging enabled. Yes, I've tried disabling it. Also, Kies does not recognize my phone. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.

Kies/Tools/Reinstall device driver.

If that doesn't do it, disconnect the phone, delete all the Android and/or Samsung drivers, reboot and try again. The driver Kies installs should see the S5.

If not, bring the phone and the cable to the carrier for repair or replacement (so they don't brush you off with "it's probably a bad cable") - it's a problem in the phone. (Make sure everything is backed up - a replacement won't have your data and if they repair yours, they'll wipe it. Contacts that aren't Google contacts don't get backed up to Google Contacts, so if you have any Device contacts, export them to the SIM, then import from the SIM to your Google account. They sync.)
