Problem with installing or updates on google playstore.

I have a Hisense Dual sim card cellphone but it doesn't want to install or update on google playstore. How can I fix it?This is what it says when I trying to install or update something: "WhatsApp Messenger" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7 itrg-6MIR-4YBUU]).

Google, WhatsApp and a number of apps are banned in China so will not work on a Chinese device unless you root it and install a custom ROM
