Problem with LG music player at LG G7

Is anyone else having problems with LG Music Player?
I just got my phone and just can play my MP3 files.
I get the message saying the audio file is not supported.

I have had no problems with MP3 and FLAC files with stock music player. I also have Poweramp music player which plays both as well, but actually prefer the sound from the stock player.

I'm also using the Stock LG music player with MP3 files.. I have been flipping back and forth between the Google player and the LG player and i think I'm liking the LG better.

Thanks for the replies. Now I'm able to use the stock player.
I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I had all my musics on my SD cards and what I did was just clean it and transfer the files again from the computer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm just happy that now I can enjoy the g7 good sound quality
