Problem with mobile signal

[AC Question]

Having problem with mobile connection. Is either random or no mobile signal. Line drop after within seconds of receive or make calls. Same for mobile internet connection. Sim card replaced still the same. Samsung service centre said is motherboard faulty. Is it true? My Wifi works perfect on connection.

Troubleshoot it. Anyone else gets dropout? Your sim in different phone? Different sim in your phone? Your tower could be experiencing issues...
