problem with my galaxy s4

hi,i have a samsung galaxy s4 and it switches itself off now and again,anyone have any ideas what the problem might be,. model is gt-19505 android version ios 4.3.thanx.ive even set it back to factory condition

Either a bad battery or ios problem as people are facing different issues with the 4.3 update.

try remembering when did this issue appear for the first time, before or after the 4.3 update?

now i think about it,it was just after i updated to 4.3,thanx buddy
