When I dial a number display screen is turning off and I cant open it during a call.same problem receiving the call.what should I do?

Something is probably just blocking your proximity sensor. Could be your finger, a screen protector, case, etc.

The sensor is located on the top right corner of the device.

What he said, except top right is camera... Top LEFT is the sensor.
