Problem with Note 3

[AC Question]

Hi there and sorry my english.
I have a Galaxy Note 3 and many times now when i tried to make a cal the phone just block and after that e turn off and then turn on, hw could do this 4 or times if i stay trying to make the cal.

Could anyone help me with this? Could be the sim card? Everything else i use the phone with no problema at all, and he never give any problem.

The SIM card wouldn't cause the phone to turn off. I'd bring it back to where I bought it and ask them to replace it.
