problem with phone.apk

Im using Xionia cm7 build and works fine other than when dialing a number using a wait ( or pause (,) command only the first command is used then when you hang up the rest of the commands flash on the screen.

i tried using different phone.apks from different roms and all have the same issue.

is anybody else having this problem, if so is there a fix?
