Problem With Recent Update

I installed the new update this morning so I am running build JZO54K.N8013UEUCMC2 of 4.1.2. As I started using my tablet this evening I noticed that it had developed a bad lag. I first noticed that animations in games that used to be smooth now stutter. As I experimented with the tablet I found that it is lagging on page transitions and typing, as well. What used to be smooth as butter is now jerky as beef. I checked the Task Manager and had only one active application (Angry Birds Space HD), and the RAM manager was at .88GB/1.78GM; nothing out of the ordinary. Then I checked the battery. The largest drain is typically the screen, by a large margin, followed by Android System. Now it is Exchange Services (35%), followed by Screen (24%) and Android System (18%). I didn't change any settings so I don't know why Exchange Services is suddenly so active. Anybody else having this problem? How do I remedy it?

I dont run Exchange Services but I have noticed the lag since the update. Seems very sluggish from time to time now compared to before.

I've been SUPER impressed with the battery life on this device since new, but after the update it drains faster than usual. No changes otherwise. One day I'll learn to stop updating when things already work fine...

Im also having issues with the battery, it drains way faster than before. This is my second tablet btw, i broke the screen on my first one, and i didnt touch it for over a week and it still had battery left, %5 but had juice never the less. I exchanged it through best buy warranty and this one was fine too, but after the last 2 updates or so, specially after the last one, the battery drains fast, even if i leave it alone for a day or so, it would show the "low battery message" or it would be off due to running out of battery, it sucks!

Wow...i just checked the battery on settings to see whats killing it, its been on 1 day 12 hrs 45 min.... 86%exchange services, 7% screen, 4% android os and 2% idle..... whats exchange services? Its killing my battery fast!

Hard for me to say ( or be taken with any seriousness im sure ) as I got mine Sat afternoon ... Updated itself sunday afternoon..so im not Totally sure but it definitely seemed to slag up after ( slow / lag = slag ) ... it didnt cause me much panic I just assumed I was overly enthusiastic when it was new and it leveled off... but a lot of people seem to be typing a lot of the same issues I have... hope them dastards fix it because I be needin mah baatree yo. ( sorry im splitscreening with the wire on jtv and couldnt resist a little wire speak)
