problem with reset the call option to the defaults.

guys,

before couple of months I have been set up and select the always the call with the normal calls but now we I tried to reset it again and clear the default calls I found that the lunch the default by is disable in the phone at "application manager" even I tried to rest all the application doesn't work, although I rest the whole mobile but still the problem is there. anyone can know what the solution it will be.
