Problem with Samsung Manager Provider (S4)

[AC Question]

I'd like to uninstall/delete, just anything that can free me of the new Samsung Manager Provider. It annoys me every time I use my phone "There are 3 apps that you haven't used, etc. etc." And I tried to turn off notifications, but I can't do that, also I can't disable the app whatsoever. If anyone has a solution to this, please share it
(Btw, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4)
