What were you doing when this appeared? Were you trying to flash a custom ROM? Were you trying to root it?

Does this screen appear if you reboot without a cable installed? It's hard to know what the problem is if we don't know how it got to this point.

Looks like you bricked it trying to flash probably a modem 6m... You deleted your efs.
