problem with Samsung services after lollipop

Hu, i don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I appreciate if someone could help or have any advice. After installing lollipop, from my carrier (i don't have my note rooted)the Samsung service is having a lot of trouble. Eg my the camera, it says there are new versions but it doesn't download them, the s notes (per haps the most important) are not synchronizing and it say's there is a problem with he connection. The thing is everything else works perfectly fine except the Samsung store and the sync. Pleas help me!

Try clearing your device cache. The s notes file extension has changed with Lollipop. This has been reported in other threads and may be the reason your sync is failing.
You may also wish to go to your nearest BestBuy with a Samsung center and have them flash the OS to your phone directly by cable.
