problem with Samsung SM-T225 tablet - not starting

I haven't used my tablet for about a week - it's fully charged, but when I try to turn it on, all I get is this screen, over and over.

Help! Any suggestions?

In other words, it’s not powering on, presumably after a long press on the Power button, and while charging? After a short press, what you’re seeing would be normal.
