So, I decided I wanted to go back to root/custom ROM what have you after trying the Gingerbread leak. I SBFd using Linux, the 2.3.340 file as p3droid said would work, and I'm stuck in bootloop. When I hold down home + power and try a factory/data reset, it says can't complete, signed image, blah blah. I downloaded the Team Black Hat SBF file. I'm getting a little desperate...not sure what else I can try. I have tried redownloading the file in case I got a bad one, and no such luck.

I followed the SBF instructions for Linux here: Complete Droid X .sbf Flashing Guide

No luck. I could really use help if anyone has any ideas =( Tried battery pulls, etc. etc. Can't get past scary red eye, just keeps starting over with the animation.

And...resolved after the 13972139217th battery pull. I guess that works. Sorry guys! :(

Edit: In case anyone else has trouble, the 3rd time turned out to be the charm with starting over the whole SBF process. I got a bootloop, had to battery pull (this 3rd time, I did the battery pull and the following worked on the first try, but up until this point it was like the 3000th battery pull) and hold down home/power until I got triangle, hit search, and then formatted/factory reset FINALLY worked. Am currently restoring my nandroid backup, I just wanted to edit this for a heads-up in case anyone else has any trouble.
