Problem with sound Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000

Hi guys!
I try to plug my tablet into speakers and the volume is very low even though I put into max. I then plug in my phone Samsung Galaxy S5 and the volume is much much higher! Is there any way to fix this problem with my tablet? I almost can't hear the music..

Hmm I suggest a reboot? If that didn't work I suggest a factory reset? Welcome to AC by the way!
