I've been using this pixel 3 XL for a while and recently I noticed a problem with the accelerometer sensor and I couldn't seem to figure out how to solve this problem.
You can see in the picture, my table is completely flat, I'm sure of it because I have another pixel 5 and it's 0° on the pixel 5's screen.
The software indicator on my pixel 3 XL keeps showing that there is a three degree difference. I've looked around and tried the accelerometer apps, but none of them have been helpful.
Please, anybody who has had the same experience, please help.

There is no fix unfortunately. Google has absolutely shafted those of us with sensor problems. My accelerometer, gyroscope and compass don't work ever and haven't for over 18 months which renders key features of the phone inoperable. System and monthly updates are no help. There are a few Google support threads about this but unfortunately Google has closed most of those without any fix or explanation. You could download a sensor app from Google play to see if any of your other sensors are not functioning. My 3XL functions for the most part how I need it to as both a work and personal phone so I'm holding on to it for now. But not having full camera features (panorama won't work), auto rotate, flip to shh, flip to camera, and a host of other features that require a functional accelerometer and gyroscope is frustrating. When I'm ready to upgrade, it probably won't be another Google phone.
