Problem with the android 4.3 update

The device is Huawei y530-u00. When I try to update the system through settings, I get a message saying: that the file format is invalid and that it didn't detect the package. What should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
