Problem with the camera!

Hi guys. My girlfriend bought about 2 months ago this phone and everything was ok. suddenly she noticed that the cam quality gone bad. a friend of mine also bought this 2 days ago, we compared the 2 phones and indeed there was a quality difference. Can please anyone help me?is there a phone problem?can i do something to fix it? fyi there was no camera update. just the camera gone bad. tnks!
