problem with unlocking screen

hello, does anyone has this problem - when swiping from locked screen it's very often brining the camera open or clock? what i am doing wrong and how can i avoid this problem? sometimes it's working but a lot of times camera open ups. i was trying to swipe in different places on the screen but still can't figure out what i am doing wrong. it's my very first smart phone and i need all help i can get. thanks

There are several things that could be causing that. If you start your swipe from the camera icon on the lockscreen it will take you into the camera. The same goes for the text messaging, etc.
If you swipe from the right edge of the screen it will take you right into the camera.
If you tap on the clock first and then go through the unlock motion it will take you into the clock application.

If your main goal is to just unlock the phone, then place your finger right on the lock when the screen comes on and slide from there.
