Problem with Viber 4.2

yes i did both uninstalling the old viber and re install new. its been two weeks now been tried 3 time to install and changing number as well still the same. cant here the person im calling and the person who called me.

i even tried to email viber support but there were reffering i have lots of apps tho all of it are good like magic jack, whastapp fb messenger and whatsapp and regular calls. other than that dont have a problel

i even clear caches yet still the same..

anymore tips?

Im having troubles with my in and out going calls on viber other application and regular call are still good.except with viber. been two weeks now having hard time cant hear the person i called or calls me.tho the run time still functioning ring ring and rang but when i answer it the other parties or my line could hear.

i did unstall and re install it but still the same problem

im using android phone gt7265 samsung dous

anyone can relate with me??

I have a Samusung Galaxy 3 and I also have the same problem with Viber. in my car, with Bluetooth, For example when my sister phones me its shows that she is calling with Viber but she doesn't have Viber, as a result the phone rings and I can't answer the phone. also sometimes the phone stays hooked up and in the car screen it displays PHONE the only way is to shut the phone off

I have a Huawei G750 running rooted android 4.2 and cannot make video calls on Viber. The icon is greyed out and also other parties cannot connect on video.
