Problem with Voicemail

Sorry if this has been discussed before. When someone leaves me a voicemail, I get a notification from phone services for traditional voicemail, like the old kind where you have to call in to hear. Even when I swipe away the notification, it comes back until I call and listen to it. I have visual voicemail turned on in settings so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm currently running Android 16 beta 1, the issue has been going on for about a month. I've had no luck finding any answers online so if anyone has any tips of what to try I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Same issue here. Replaced a pixel 5 where visual voice mail worked perfectly with a pixel 9 where no visual voice mail shows up and I can’t turn it on on settings.

I had problems w/ VVM when I first got my P8P and the solution for me was calling T-Mobile. They had to do something on their end. So my advice is to call your carrier to see if they can help.

I have the same issue when I switched to Spectrum. It doesn't show voicemail's and wants me to click to call the number.

My issue was. I had to call and have them remove the service and readd it.
