Android Central Question

Few days ago my phone started lagging. Next day i just turned him off and turn him on again. When i did it above galaxy s4 logo i got blue letters in left corner "Recovery Booting" and always get open android system recovery. Whatever i do i cant leave it. I tried every single option. After 1 day i tried to turn phone on with holding lock button and volume up and volume down buttons. And it works somehow. But there is the problem. When is phone turned on my volume up button doesnt work. First i was thinking that when im turning phone on there is no point to hold volume up button. When i tried with lock and volume down button, again, i got android system recovery menu. Actually when im turning phone on my volume up button is working, but when phone is turned on volume up button doesn't working somehow. I need fast help because i want to sell it.
Sorry for bad english.

Describe it fully, including faults, if you wish to offer it for sale.
