Bought my gf one last week in Maryland, I took it back to the bestbuy in Virginia and had the same problem. Must be a software issue. I had my GS since February and no issues, love my GS.

My Solution: I took it back and got a refund

Happy New Year,

I got a sometime problem. Every once in a while, when I press the button on my watch. My watch will show 10:10 then jumps to the correct time. If I try to slide up, slide down, slide right or slide left; nothings happens for a little bit. Then the slide occurs real fast but goes back to the clock showing 10:10 before I can open the app. Restarting the watch does not help The only way, I know how to resolve this issue is by shutting the watch off for a couple of minutes. It is like it is stuck in a loop. Restoring to Factory Settings does solve this issue.

Has anyone else had this problem and knows what cause this issue.

Thank you for your help.

Are you using a aftermarket watch face? Some of them are slow to wake and could cause that glitch when you wake the watch.
I'd try another watch face and see if it clears it up.

I have had this issue. I found that if I cleared the notifications on the phone and restarted the watch, it would fix the problem. I use an after market watch face and I have an AT&T watch using the Bluetooth connection with my Verizon Note 4

Hey Mountaibikermark,

I am using the Samsung blue analog watch face.
Do you happen to have the standalone GPS app installed? It's an aftermarket one and I think it's called "standalone GPS". When I had that app onboard mine it wreaked havoc causing lower battery life, lots of lags and freezes and overall performance reduction until I uninstalled it.
Just like with our phones if we have a glitch develop and do a factory reset it's helpful to install aftermarket apps and faces 1 at a time over a period of time instead of all at once to help find if it's an aftermarket app or something else.
