Problems I've noticed

Phone is working awesome, so much faster navigating than my Evo. One issue I came across, and if anyone else has ran into this, please let us know, is that last night after installing a bunch of apps and reconfiguring the phone and what not, the screen became very unresponsive. I figured, maybe because I added a bunch of stuff, I'll turn it off and restart it. Seemed to work fine after powering back up. Then this morning, it seems like it started in the Handcent SMS app, where I can't use some of the keys on the keyboard. Tried turning it off, then on, seemed to work for a little while, but then the problem came back, couldn't use some of the keys on the keyboard in Facebook either. It's mostly isolated to the center keys. I've got a clear screen protector on, but I don't think that has anything to do with it. Any thoughts or anyone else experiencing any types of unresponsiveness?

One big issue I have noticed (and if I can't figure it out will be returning) during phone call. When I put the phone to my face and the screen goes blank (prox sensor) it stays blank. The buttons are unresponsive and I am not able to even turn the phone off (long press power button). I have to pull the battery after each call!!!! Anyone having this issue?

I had a similar issue. Happened last night and aging this morning. After the second reboot everything seems to be great, but I'm also not spending every minute omit.

I took mine back and they replaced it no problem. New phone doesn't have the issue. Going on 3 days now. Love the phone so far.

I have a feeling that your phone is actually getting hot, it's very common among touchscreen phones for the screen to get hot and unresponsive.

Nope, and use mine for calling quite frequently. Reset your phone, if no good, then exchange for new one.

A different behavior from my Evo is while calling with Bluetooth. When the calls ends, the screen remains off (my Evo turned it on if it was off), but the phone actually hangs up by itself when the other party hangs or if I do so using the BT control, so is not an issue at all. I do like this as I don't have to manually turn the screen off when is on my pocket.

The battery not charging above 95% is the only thing I have noticed. I had a couple weird force closes.... Battery is ok...not great, not bad. Phone is really slick and smooth. Overall it dominates. No complaints yet.

Screen Scratches

I already have micro scratches on my screen, anyone else? Note: these arnt deep scratches, they are only noticeable when held in a certain position under strong light(sun).

Is it normal for all phone to do this?

Are you running noled by any chance?

A couple issues I have noticed

Low Speaker volume
Menu keys are really dim
Screen has a dead pixel
Signal is pretty weak compared to other devices
Computer doesn't read Nexus usb

overall I like the Nexus though

Are all these reason good enough to return the phone to sprint store without paying the restocking fee?

I wouldnt mind keeping the phone but I honestly cant hear any NOTIFICATIONS! I dont even mind that its a total downgrade from MY EPIC.

My hearing is bad enough as is, but i have been missing lots of important emails and texts. It cant even wake me up in the mornings.

Things I have noticed...sound is WAAAAAAAAAAY too low, coming from an EVO, it's SUPER noticable and I have to constantly check my phone for notifications....and I had the same problem where the screen was unresponsive randomly....battery life is pretty bad and the reception on all the radios is pretty bad....I was testing out my 4g at the same spot I usually use it at work where I averaged about 6-8 mbps with my evo, I was getting 3 to 4 with my nexus...I was really starting to consider taking it back to sprint today and getting it replaced but it looks like these issues are pretty common....gonna wait it out a few more days I guess and see if an OTA comes out :-\

Touchscreen Unresponsive while USB charging

I'm having an issue with my touchscreen becoming unresponsive while the phone is plugged into my laptop to charge. The laptop is plugged in, and I have tried all of the USB ports.

I've read that this is a possible grounding problem, but not sure if it's an issue with the laptop or the charging cable.

The phone does work fine when plugged into an outlet or my desktop at home.

Anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions to fix it? I just switched over from an iPhone 3GS, which didn't have any performance issues while plugged into this same laptop (I know, different hardware and different power requirements), and I love the Android, just wish I could use it while plugged in to my laptop so I'm not draining my battery all day while working.
