Problems loading video to email on ATT galaxy s3

I am having problems loading a video on my Galaxy s3 (att) phone. I have cut it down to 30 seconds and it still won't load. Any ideas how long the video has to be to load so I can email it?

are you asking the length,a video should be emailed???

email attachment depends on the file size. gmail only allow 25Mb of file size and it dont care what file you attach.

its the same with other email. mostly its 25 mb but some might be bigger.

if you are using gmail then make the video size less than 25 mb and it should attach.
