Problems Making/Receiving Calls After Update

Since the most recent update, my Galaxy S9 has not been able to make outgoing calls and all incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Sometime a call will come through, but it will only ring once and the call will end.

I've read online that it may be an issue with the call forwarding settings, but the menu option for call forwarding has mysteriously disappeared from the Phone App's 'Call Settings' menu. Can anyone help?

I've turned on the LTE calling beta as an interim solution and that has allowed me to start making/receiving calls, but something still sees off because some calls seem to be bouncing after one ring.

That sounds like the same issue on AT&T, but that's related to the AT&T Call Protect app. I'm not sure if T-Mobile has anything similar ...

Both Verizon and T-mobile have it:
For Verizon
To get to this setting, open the "Call Filter" app
Click the "Get Started" button on the bottom (It's free, BUT it REALLY tries to push the paid version on you)
Now click the hamburger menu (top left) and select "Block Management"
Click the SPAM filter
There is a toggle for on/off - WIth off, there is no filtering at all. Clicking on will allow you to change the level

All Risk
Medium and High Risk
High Risk Only

Are the available options. I had to set mine to the Medium option to be able to receive all the calls I wanted to.

For T-mobile,

The App is "T-Mobile Name ID" (There is a Name ID with no "T-mobile" that is not the one)

Once in the app Click the Hamburger menu and select "Call Protection".

The option causing problems in that one was "Hidden Numbers". Once that was unchecked, my coworker started receiving calls again.
