Problems ordering the Turbo 2

I have almost the exact same problem except they can't find the order for my phone. I got charged for it, order went through but neither Motorola or Verizon can really find where the phone is. Spent 3 hours last night on the phone and now working with them again today.

That happened to me. I never got a confirmation and then lo and behold... The Verizon guy gave me the Fed ex tracking.

Ugh I was wrong! What came through Fed Ex was just information through Verizon. I'm on the phone with them but I might cancel that order and pick it up at the store.
 
It's their website. I had issues too.
It let me ored the phone but, left the contract in the shopping cart.
