Problems with new G4

Hi. I bought new Moto G4 (4th Gen) and was really pleased with it but now things have changed (and my opinion of the phone). The Wi-Fi is erratic, sometimes finding my (and other) modem wi-fi and then it turns wi-fi off. Even if it finds my modem it will be Ok for a few minutes and then it drops the connection and sometimes it even turns the mobile off completely or restarts it. Have got a duff one ????

Sounds like something is wrong with it. It could be just loose wifi antenna, a loose connector, or something more serious. But it would have to go into a shop for diagnosis - guessing long-distance like this won't do it.

Thanks Rukbat. The problem is now solved as the phone is on it's way back to the supplier and a replacement on it's way. Amazoning !
