Problems with note edge verizon

Im having many different problems, such as the back grown will change on its own back to stock, It glitches, it will say no data available but its working fine, will say sim card is missing from time to time. I dont know whats going on. I dont want a replacement phone so i would like to figure out how to fix it all. Anyone have any suggestions?

I hate to say it but do a factory reset. I was getting the no sim detected message for a while but it just seemed to stop on it's own. I'm about to do a reset myself. This phone is running like crap. It's show and apps hang alot
