Problems with Office 365

Hi everyone! So, yesterday I've purchased a Fossil 3rd gen and I've set it all up. No problem whatsoever, apart that Outlook doesn.t show any mail or calendar appointment in the watch. I've installed it on my phone and configured it. It's an Office365 account. I've already tried to uninstall it and install it again, but no luck. ANy ideas?
