Problems with phone alarm

Hello,
Twice this week my alarm has not gone off and when I look at my phone it says alarm silenced after one minute (which is not the case). Any advice?

Can't believe that this is still happening on Samsung phones! I had the same problem ages ago when I had an S2 and an S5 Mini. The solution for me was to change to a different clock app. I used both Timely and the standard Google Clock app and I'm pretty sure it sorted the problem but as it was so long ago I can't be 100% sure. I also disabled the standard Samsung clock app.
