Hello,
I have a refurbished Samsung galaxy s2. As soon as i got it i noticed that the screen did not unlock or "wake up" properly. Using the center button at the bottom or the power button, it does the same thing. If i push either button to unlock phone, sometimes the screen will go black or blink and then go black. I then have to lock the screen and try again. It is very frustrating. Sometimes it will unlock but other times it won't.. Once i do get it unlocked (when it decides to), the phone works magnificently. No other issues!! Ive read on some articles that one could download an update such as jelly bean and it fixed a problem similar to mine. But im not sure what to do. What can i do to solve this problem??
