Problems with Sharing any Media

I have a Android Atrix II and have only had it a few months. My problem is setting up to share Media from my Gallery. It keeps saying add Social Network at the top of the page. Also if I click on the icon FRIENDS it says the same thing and takes me to my accounts. The accounts are already set up. If I click on the account such as Facebook, it says account already exists. I have unistalled and reinstalled the accounts dozens of times and it still won't let me share. The share button at the top of a web page in the upper right hand corner does not work either. I cannot share a page or link either. I have been to the AT&T store and have spoke to several people, they are lost and cannot figure it out. Perhaps I have a bad phone? Two other friends of mine have the exact same phone and they do not have this issue? Any suggestions?

All resolved finally after speaking to a Motorola tech for two hours..she had to totally restore my phone..all's well that ends well...
