Problems with text messaging

My TB wont text certain numbers and I cant figure out why, The error code (cause code) is 65535 and Error Class is 3 if that matters.

anyone else having this problem and has anyone found a solution? thanks

Not heard or seen this issue, but have you tried calling VZW's tech support?
