Problems with Titanium Backup on Nook Color

When I launch Titanium Backup I get this message:

Your system settings prevent you from restoring applications. To correct this, go to your phone's Settings. Then in "Applications", tick the "Unknown Sources" checkbox.

1. I haven't been able to find this setting.
2. They're right - when I try to restore an app, I get this message:

"Installation of download apks is not supported"

Does anybody know how to fix this?

My device is a rooted stock NC.

With a rooted stock NC, you don't have access to the "Unknown sources" check box.

I've seen, but haven't used, some workarounds using ADB shell to push backups to and from your PC but that requires some technical savvy.

Open "NookColor Tools". The box to allow non-Market apps is there.
