Android Central Question

I just traded in my I-Phone 5S for a Samsung Galaxy S7. The learning curve for this telephone has been steep. One thing I am having problems with is making phone calls to people on my contact list using the OK Google vocal command feature. When I say OK Google, and it starts listening, I say, Call Judy's Cell. The phone will then say "Call Judy;s Cell but then ask ,"will Make a call....Who"? So it is hearing the command correctly but is not implementing it. I am brand new to Android and this is probably a simple fix, but I have no idea where to start. I have found a Samsung app pre-installed called S-Voice, but it is not user friendly like the voice control on my old I-Phone. Can the feature where you say "OK Google" be used to make vocal command calls to people on your contact list? Any advice that you smarter than me people may have, and are willing to share, would be greatly appreciated. By the way, this happens with every name on my contact list. Thanks again for reading.
