Problems with voice search

Anyone else having problem with the voice search/voice recognition? Mine keeps saying that it cannot find what I'm saying or transcribes everything wrong. It often will only catch the last thing that I say. I didn't have this issue with my EVO. was just wondering if others have had the same issue.
