probs with speaker

I just got my charge monday. I had and loved a Droid X that had many probs with actually making calls. I ended up getting the charge and the galaxy tab. I love the charge but the speaker is not good. It hisses and crackles and even cut out last night. I did not let them do the update but I am afraid if I go in to exchange they will make me do that first. Was anyone having this issue and did the update help?

i just posted a custom ED2 based rom with voodoo and clockwork , debloated and everything. Go get a new phone and dont worry about it you can flash the rom
