Procedure for new ota, and root

Im rooted, with s-off, and I want to install the newest ota update. Do I install the update, and re-root, or do I have to un-root, and put s-on back, then update and root?

Most of the good ROM chefs either baked a block into their ROMs or wrote a flashable script that fixed the constant update.

Doing the update will break root...but unrEVOked has found a way to re-root.

I just went ahead and unrooted, and did the OTA update, and root again. I thought you had to put s-on back to unroot, I did it with s-off.
