Last month, I unlocked my phone and this loop popped up saying com.google.process.gapps has stopped. I could get around to settings and then I tried doing all the stuff I saw, clearing all of the app cache and download stuff and all that crap. When I figured out what the message meant, it meant that Google play services where not working correctly. So guess what, I disabled it in apps and the message went away. So it has nothing to do with downloads it's 100% google play related. So I couldn't figure out a way to fix it, the window was just gone, which bought me some time but really couldn't get anywhere. --- I reset my phone. About a month later (now) I knew something was up when my screen changed when I opened it. It says "Sense home has stopped unexpectedly. Would you like to send a report?" Right then I remembered sense home was home screen. So I sent a report wouldn't even let me. Then I got the com.google.process.gapps thing again now I don't know where to turn. I turned off Google Play Services to do what ever I need to do I can still get into settings, but I don't want to reset it again. I've had my phone for about a year and 2 weeks. Never been rooted. Please help. I don't want to reset it. :'( P.S. Mobile Data isn't working at all like its not filled at all no bars where I normally have LTE. I did something I can't remember, but I held down the power button and the down button I think and it brought me to a screen with a red triangle and an exclamation mark.

Are you running the current firmware? If not you might want to consider loading that.
And just do whatever you need to do to backup your content so that you can perform a Factory Reset.

There are other ways to backup things like your Contacts, SMS, etc.
MyBackup Pro https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...om.rerware.android.MyBackupPro&token=mOsRbkoH (there's also a free version)
SMS Backup & Restore https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...om.riteshsahu.SMSBackupRestore&token=Y_m1OgzE
You can also export your Contacts to a csv file if you don't want to mess with installing apps.

Of course the real solution is to find out why Google services is crashing and fix that problem. Having an Android device without Google services is like - well, it's like having an Amazon device.
